This workout outfit is awesome! I sized up (L) and wish I’d stuck with my regular size because I feel that the compression areas are compressing, so to speak, as well as they would be had I gone with a medium (which is my regular size). However, that’s an error on my end because at the time when I ordered it I was in between sizes, but have since gone back down to my regular size. Had I ordered a medium it would be absolutely perfect! I’m still giving it five stars because the issue I have is because of my own mistake. Otherwise it’s very well made and so cute! I’m absolutely obsessed with this outfit and even though it fits a bit loose I still wear it often. I work from home and I like wearing it around the house for all day comfort. I’m actually going to splurge and order it in a size medium because I know that if it fit as it was made to fit I’d probably want to wear it every day. It’s the perfect one piece ‘fit for working out, running errands or just every day around the house. I’m definitely a new fan of Fitology and I can’t wait to order from this brand again. Very highly recommend!

Let me start this review with the fact that I am NOT a full bodysuit kind of girl BUTTT I saw this and it was so cute that I figured what the heck, you’ll never know if you don’t try! Lol!
When it arrived I opened the package and wondered wtf I was thinking. I’m 41 and not a small girl so I face palmed and then suited up.
Oh. My. God. It’s SO cute!! I have a really long torso and “mom boobs” so I didn’t have high hopes but it’s perfect! The elastic closure in the center of the chest actually gives a lot of adjustability and even quite a bit of support! The illusion created by the design makes your waist look super small! It’s SO flattering!
I do Lyra and aerial silks and I cannot WAIT to wear this to the studio! I’ll update with pics when I do!
For reference, I’m 5’10” and 170 pounds with a long torso and a 36 DD chest and the L fits perfectly!
